Access Control

Card, fob, mobile credential or intercom — we design door-control systems sized to the building, not to the salesperson’s commission.

Brivo & Kantech

Our two most-deployed cloud platforms. Easy to manage from a phone, easy to add a door later.

Mobile credentials

Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and HID Origo. No more lost-fob fees, no more re-keying when staff turn over.

Intercom & video entry

Aiphone, 2N and Comelit for lobbies, loading docks and after-hours staff entries.

Multi-site rollouts

One credential, every door, one dashboard for the office manager.

Visitor management

Pre-registration, photo capture, NDA signing and self-print badges in lobbies that need it.

Magnetic locks & strikes

Fail-safe / fail-secure selection that meets NFPA 101 egress requirements.

We’ll talk you out of more doors than you think.

Most prospects ask us to put a card reader on every interior door. We almost always recommend fewer. Every controlled door is a maintenance liability and an emergency-egress consideration. Usually 4–8 perimeter doors, the IT closet, and one or two sensitive interior doors are plenty.

We’ll walk the building with you, mark up a plan, and tell you honestly which doors are worth controlling and which ones aren’t.

What the numbers usually look like

For a 6,000–10,000 sq ft office with 4 controlled exterior doors, mobile credentials for 25 users, and a small video intercom at the main entry, expect $9k–$16k installed plus $35–$60/door/month for cloud licensing.

We never quote per-credential charges. Add your 26th employee for free.

Tell us about your building. We’ll come walk it with you.

Most projects start with a free, no-pressure site walk in Rochester or anywhere in the surrounding nine counties. Bring a floor plan if you have one — we’ll bring coffee and ideas.
