Single-room retrofits start around $3,500. Whole-home installs typically run $20,000–$80,000 depending on scope. Every quote is fixed-fee — no hourly surprises.
A single room is usually 1–3 days. A full home is 2–6 weeks of on-site work. We schedule around your life, not the other way around.
Most of our work is in existing homes. We've developed clean retrofit techniques for plaster walls, finished basements, and historic homes.
Lutron is the backbone of most lighting systems. We also work with Sonos, Sonance, Triad, Ecobee, Honeywell, Ubiquiti, Hunter Douglas, and Yale, among others. We don't sell brands we wouldn't put in our own homes.
Yes. Every system we install is local-first. Lighting, climate, audio, and security all keep working without an internet connection.
There are no PCH subscriptions. A few third-party services (camera cloud backup, alarm monitoring) are optional and clearly priced — you only pay if you want them.
Two years on labor, plus the manufacturer warranty on all hardware (typically 2–5 years). We're also licensed and insured in Arkansas.
Yes — that's the whole point. Every install is designed to be expanded. Most of our clients add a service or two within the first three years.
We regularly travel up to 90 minutes from Paragould — Jonesboro, Walnut Ridge, Pocahontas, Trumann, Marmaduke, and across the Mid-South.
Yes, in-home consults are free within our service area. We'll spend an hour walking your home, taking notes, and giving you a written proposal. No deposit, no pressure.
