Process

Eight steps from call to commissioning.

No surprises. No hidden charges. No vague proposals.

01

Discovery call

A 20-minute phone conversation to understand the building, the budget range and the timeline. No charge, no obligation.

02

On-site walk

We come measure the rooms, look at existing wiring, talk to the people who use the space. Usually 60–90 minutes.

03

Design & proposal

Drawings, equipment list, fixed-price proposal, and a written scope. Usually inside two weeks.

04

Pre-install coordination

We coordinate with your GC, electrician, IT vendor and architect. Submittals, RFIs, schedule.

05

Install

Our crews on your schedule. Daily clean-up, weekly progress photos, written punch list at the end.

06

Commissioning & training

Programming, scene tuning, end-user training. We don’t leave until your team can run the system.

07

Documentation handoff

Rack elevations, programming notes, network diagrams, credential lists. Hand to the next vendor any time.

08

Year-one tune-up

We come back at the 9-month mark to retune scenes, update firmware and answer questions. Included.

Ready to talk?

Tell us about your building. We’ll come walk it with you.

Most projects start with a free, no-pressure site walk in Rochester or anywhere in the surrounding nine counties. Bring a floor plan if you have one — we’ll bring coffee and ideas.
