These terms govern your use of https://pchthomeautomation.com and the services PCHT Home Automation LLC provides to commercial clients in New York State.
Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale or use it to harvest contact information.
Quotes and proposals
Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change after 30 days due to equipment cost changes. We don't begin work until a signed proposal and deposit are received.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 30% deposit at signing, balance net 30 after substantial completion. We accept ACH, check and credit card (3% surcharge on card payments over $2,500). Late balances accrue 1.5% per month.
Warranty
Labor is warranted for 12 months from the date of substantial completion. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through and help administer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power events or third-party modifications.
Change orders
Out-of-scope work is documented in writing and signed by both parties before it begins. We do not bill for surprises.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCHT's total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business-interruption damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Niagara County, New York.
