Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations
Initial design consultations are typically complimentary. If a paid design or engineering study is required, terms and any refund eligibility will be stated in the written engagement.
Project deposits
A project deposit secures your installation date and covers initial equipment procurement. Deposits are refundable within 7 days of signing, less any equipment ordered or custom-fabricated on your behalf, which is non-refundable once placed with the manufacturer.
Cancellations
You may cancel scheduled work with at least 5 business days' notice without charge. Cancellations within 5 business days may incur a re-scheduling fee equal to one day of allocated labor.
Warranty & service
Installation labor carries a one-year workmanship warranty from substantial completion. Equipment is covered by the respective manufacturer warranty; we will assist with any claim at no charge during the first year.
How to request a refund
Email contact@pchthomeautomation.com with your project name and invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
